I don't know why anybody should write a foreword to a collection of H.T. Webster's fishing cartoons. If there's one artist who needs no introduction, that would be Webbie. For years people who fish have been clipping his drawings out of newspapers and mailing them to other people who fish (usually with some snide comment such as "What does this remind you of, eh? Ha, ha!") and a foreword at this late date is about as useful as a pair of waders with a hole in the seat...
