Description -
This is the tale of a goat named "Billy Whiskers" and his adventures during the time he spent at the Circus.  Billy escapes from his comfortable farm home and causes absolute chaos in a travelling circus. Rescued by his master, he is then kidnapped and made to perform. Billy is quite a character!
