Description -

Kaiser William II was an imposing figure of German imperialism who ruled Germany and Prussia. It was he, Wilhelm, who was responsible for the horror in Europe caused by the First World War. However, in Germany at the time, other views were held, that he was a gifted man with a sense of duty. This work draws on the diaries of Admiral von Muller and will help to clarify the person of WIlhelm. Included are photographs, numerous footnotes, and an index.
